Class Explanation:

BodyPump: (45-60min) Is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. While you can expect to burn around 560 calories* during a BODYPUMP workout, it’s the building of lean muscle mass that provides the long-term benefits. By building lean muscle mass you increase your body’s ability to effectively burn calories in the long term as the extra muscle will raise your metabolism.

BodyFlow: (60min) Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW ® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. During BODYFLOW the focus is on improving functional core strength, enhancing joint mobility and creating a sense of wellbeing and calm, not calorie-burn. So we suggest you forget about burning calories and instead embrace the increased flexibility, improved strength and reduced stress that BODYFLOW brings.

RPM: (45min) RPM  is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great no-impact way to improve aerobic fitness and lose body fat. You can burn an average of 500 calories*, trim your tummy and tone your legs.

GRIT: (30min)  LES MILLS GRIT  is 30-minute’s of high intensity interval training (HIIT), developed by experts to deliver transformative results. It’s the kind of workout that transcends your speed, your strength and your height. This type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to rapidly improve your fitness and take calorie burn through the roof. During a 30-minute LES MILLS GRIT workout you can burn an average of 320 calories*, and that’s just the beginning of the benefits.

CXWORX: (20min) Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX   provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. During the workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. CXWORX will increase your core strength, toning your abs, butt and legs. This, in turn will help to build lean muscle mass in your core and increase your body’s ability to burn calories. Expect to burn around 230 calories*.

ZUMBA: (60min) Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. AquaLogix: (45min) AquaLogix works with a diverse array of aquatic exercise equipment, utilized by people of all age ranges and fitness levels – from elite athletes to rehabilitation patients. The ability to use technology and new techniques, to use innovative instruction to improve your body. Working on movement, resistance, physical fitness, but also stimulating challenge to the mind. AquaLogix is a great way to get in shape, while enjoying the social aspect of working out. Just 45 mins can burn up to 500 calories*.
